Kakao's Open Speech Weights Are Non-Commercial, Because of the Data
LM-SPT's code is Apache-2.0 and its weights are CC BY-NC 4.0. Kakao did not choose that split — the restriction is inherited from the Emilia training corpus, whose own Hugging Face tag is more permissive than its terms.
