Sources.Every profile is built from the company's own public pages — product, solutions, pricing, customers, security and about pages — read directly from its website, plus its public company listing. No third-party directory is copied.
Extraction and grounding. The structured fields are extracted by a language model constrained to the fetched text (AI-assisted, no free invention). Named items — products, customers, certifications, integrations, named competitors — then pass an automated grounding check that drops anything absent from the source pages. Fields a company does not state are left empty rather than guessed.
Limits. Profiles describe what a company says about itself and are dated accordingly; they are not endorsements, reviews or verification of those claims. Sites that render only in the browser give thinner profiles, and those stay out of search results until they can be filled out. Funding figures shown on a profile come from our AI funding tracker and each round links to its published source.
