TSMC's 3nm Output Is Running Two Months Early. TSMC Has Not Said So.
Supply-chain reporting puts 3nm at 180,000 wafer starts a month by early in the fourth quarter. It is the most concrete signal yet on 2027 accelerator volume — and not one number in it comes from TSMC.
