Europe Opened Bidding for Seven AI Gigafactories. About €1 Billion of the €10 Billion Exists.

EuroHPC's call went live on Thursday morning with a 12 November deadline. The public half of the money depends on a 2028–2035 budget member states have not agreed, and the chips will come from AMD, Nvidia and Qualcomm.
