Anthropic Won Final Judgment Against the Pentagon — and Lost Two Counts
Judgment, an order of final relief and a 59-page merits opinion were all docketed on 27 August. There is no stay and no bond, unlike March's preliminary injunction — and the order expressly does not require the Department of War to buy anything.
